Victoria Park is Perth's best suburb for the following reasons
1. Great location right next to the city.
2. fantastic shopping and restaurants on Albany highway
3. easy acess to beaches via the poly pipe.
4. Lots of interesting old houses.
5. Houses are still affordable compared to other inner city suburbs.
6. Very close to the river.
7. handy to the airport
8. close to the casino, Waca, trots and racecourses.
9. very cosmopolitan1
10. Because I live here!!!!!!!!
