well not all of us is a know it all about spiders, i think they are creepy, but are useful for keeping other insects away, that is why i put up with them. the daddy long legs are quite small even though their uber long legs make them look quite big, they really are quite harmless as i like to play with them when i find them in my shed. they do bite, it stings, but i havn't died yet. ^^

umm did you read this: "Although the most poisonous spider in Western Australia (or it could be a myth) the daddy long-legs is not a threat to humans" fair enough there is all likelyhood that it is not even close to being the most poisonous spider, BUT it still has the reference that it is not a threat, as this statement is almost taken as common knowledge throughout the world. in all honesty, i would PREFER someone tell me they have too small a fangs to kill me than the fact that they are just bitches.
