'The Sandcastle' was built in 1992 by renowned Australian Architect, Peter Overman with every room built to take in either the ocean or inland views.



The 'Spanish Sandcastle' is one of the most popular homes in this stunning beach-side suburb, with views of the Indian Ocean from every room and amazing sunsets from the deck. It's what moving to Perth is all about.

Your hosts being a family of travellers know that it is important to have everything you need when you touch down.

Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by a food hamper to get you started which includes essentials such as

organic home made bread,
eggs, cheese, ham, fruit,
milk, tea and coffee,
cereals, biscuits and juice.....


This is a fantastic and inspiring way to begin your adventure and we hope this house gives you everything you dreamed of.



The house is made up of two wings; consisting of:-

  • 3 bedrooms - The house sleeps up to six people, 2 x queen beds & 2 x single beds

  • Two bathrooms inc 1 en-suite to master bedroom
  • Fully fitted kitchen
  • Dining - Dining table and chairs for 8 and high chair.
  • Games Room - Office area with broadband Internet and Apple Mac computer and Ping Pong table.
