Perth Suburb Padbury

This Perth suburb Padbury is named after Walter Padbury (1820-1907), pastoralist, merchant and philanthropist. Padbury, a prominent Perth citizen, was the first landholder in the area. The suburb was named in 1971.

Location of Perth suburb Padbury

The Perth Suburb of Padbury is in the City of Joondalup and is located approximately 18Km North of Perth CBD. Padbury is situated to the West of the Mitchell Freeway and West of the Marmion Ave. Neighbouring Suburbs are Hillarys to the West, Kingsley to the East Duncraig to the South and Craigie to the North. Hillarys Boat Harbour is just a short drive away

Residential development began in Padbury in TBA. A slightly older suburb than those surrounding it you will still see overhead telephone lines.

Pinnaroo is also a lovely parkland for public enjoyment, perfect for picnics.
