The Perth suburb Butler (to the East of Marmion)along with Jindalee (to the West of Marmion) are in the area reffered to as Brighton. Both are relatively new Suburbs still with much development underway.

COMMUNITY SERVICES

Construction on new Brighton Main Street Village Style Shopping Centre, is in progress, with plans for a supermarket, hairdressers, bakery, international food store, post office newsagency, take away fish and chips and leases allocated for a pharmacy, an optometrist and a veterinarian. Plans also in place for a bank, doctor, dentist, family tavern, liquor store followed by restaurants, cafes, child care centre and much more

RAIL LINKS

Closest rail link is at Clarkson which is a short drive to the park and ride or bus journey. From Clarkson it is a 32 min ride into Perth.

There is a growing list of outstanding educational facilities nearby. Joondalup TAFE Campus, Edith Cowan University and Mindarie college.
