PERTH COASTAL STRIP SUBURBS
Perth Coastal Strip Suburbs are better known as the Sunset Coast, the strip of coastal suburbs runs from Freemantle (20km south west of the CBD) north up the WA coast to Yanchep (70km or about an hours drive).

| Perth Outer Western Suburbs are both close to the city and the beach. The sunset coast is home to some wonderful clean and unspoiled white beaches. Here you can watch the sun setting on the Indian Ocean from one of the beachside cafes.
The coastal strip suburbs are popular for those who want to live close to the coast. Property prices vary depending on the size and location. As a general guide the closer you live to the ocean and Perth the more expensive you can expect property to be.
The newer suburbs along the coastal strip still offer opportunities to purchase a block of land and build your own place with land sales at Burns Beach, Jindalee, and Two Rocks. |
